If you want to retain the video quality, then the best way is to use Winrar and pack to video file into smaller segments. Winrar will let you set the size of each segment. For example if your email account will only allow 10Mb per email, then you would want to set the size at maybe 9Mb (don t go for the max because emails also include packet info which takes up some of the space). If you have a large video file you may need to send several emails. I once sent an entire DivX-encoded movie this way and it was 80+ emails.
You can decrease the resolution, or compress it with a codec that offers better compression. The DivX codec is pretty good for this, and it s pretty standard too.
You can used winzip or vcd cutter/dvd cutter to
Go Start,Run, type services.msc, scroll down the list of services until you find the print spooler services, right-click on it and set it to automatic, reboot your PC and you can begin the installation.
go into the menu and scroll down until you came to english then press ok
Why not use a heavier paper, say 160 gsm. Or why not laminate?
presuming you mean one of those printers/scanners/faxes in one, then yes, you need to have it connected to your computer of course probably via a usb, just put the document in the scanner part, press the scan button which will probably then bring it up automatically on the computer, or you may have to open the programme on the computer yourself. Then when its scanned, just save it, then you can attach to your email.
Place the image on the scanner, hit quot;SCANquot; save the image to an easy place, like your desktop. Right click on the image and scroll down to send to... From the submenu select quot;emailquot; This will open up your email program and automatically set the image as an attachement. If you do not use an email program. Open up your email in your web browser, create email, and under your address bar there should be an option to attach file (normally looks like a paper clip) do that and select the image from the saved location.
here is the link on the Lexmark website for the driver: http://www.lexmark.com/lexmark/sequentia…
I looked at the Lexmark website and don t see the X1240number listed. Questions: Are you sure about the model # ? Did you buy it in North America or the UK ? Could it be Grey Market ? (made for south america , but transshipped illegally and sold in north america...not supported). Are you sure it s not the X1270? (I would be tempted to try the X1270 drivers) Your best bet will be to contact Lexmark and tell them your problem. Good luck.
www.drivers.com
Lexmark website does have that driver. You didn t look hard enough.
Email lexmark - they can send you a disk or a link where to download it.
The vendor website is usually the best source. You should call Lexmark customer service. It is really weird that they dont have the software on their website..
try and reinsatll the software or update the drivers also sometime the screen has a plastic film that needs to be removed a little windex solve this issue but i suggest download the update drivers and see where that takes you also for some great computer tips go to this site http://www.faithfulcomputers.net
There are no Vista drivers out for your X73 as of now. Blogs say Microsoft contacted Lexmark about Vista drivers in Sept of 2006! Looks like Lexmark is asleep at the wheel!
Look on Lexmark s website. They should have the info and drivers if they ve made it compatable.
go to the lexmark website http://www.lexmark.com/lexmark/sequentia…
below is the link to the lexmarkprinter driver downloads for vista http://www.lexmark.com/lexmark/sequentia…
It isn t listed as Vista compatible but you may want to contact Lexmark to make sure. Here is the list of compatible injets and all-in-ones for Vista along with drivers. http://www.lexmark.com/lexmark/sequentia…
No, plotters are slow to start with. Complicated jobs can take overnight. Use printer for previews, save final output for the plotter.

If the printer came with a CD, put it in and reload the driver. If you dont have the CD go to the hp website and download the driver for that model.
Hi....firstly,you need to reinstall your HP Deskjet 3900 driver... You can download the driver at [ http://www.driverguide.com ]. 10 points please....hahaha...Vote me if my answer helps you...Thank You for your co-operations.
The ink will not adhere properly.
First, make sure you have a header row for the titles of your columns in the Excel sheet. Then, go into Word, and use Tools-gt;Letters amp; Mailings-gt;Mail Merge. This will bring up a wizard in the right pane. Then just follow the wizard step by step and it will make your labels. You need to choose Labels and hit next at the bottom of the pane. Then click label options to choose the type of label--the number you need should be on the avery sheet. Next. Hit Browse and find your excel sheet. A couple more windows may pop up, like one that asks you which sheet from the workbook to use (usually sheet 1, unless you set it up differently). Another will ask you to select recipients--this is your chance to filter the data if you don t want every address in the book to print (if you only want people from one state, go to the state field, click the little arrow, pick the state you want, and the rest will disappear from your labels, though it won t change your excel sheet). Next. In arrange your labels --you have to be careful--garbage in gives you garbage out. I usually just click more items so that all the column headings from the excel sheet will be there for me to choose from. Then you set it up exactly like you want it to show up on the label. If you have fields for First Name and Last Name, you must type the space in between: [First] [Last] and hit Enter for each line break, type in the comma and space after the city, and so on. You can hit the preview button to make sure it looks right with an actual address. Once you have that first label perfect, click the update all labels button. Next. (You have one more chance to filter the list or change the labels here.) Next. I recommend choosing the edit individual labels option at step 6 so that you can see your labels as a new document, but you also have the option to just send them to the printer and see how they come out. That s it, you re done. It sounds tricky, but it really isn t. Just take it one step at a time.
Without describing HOW to do this, what you want to use is the MAIL MERGE function of Word. Depending on your version, in Word you first go to TOOLS - MAIL MERGE, and then you will create a NEW DOCUMENT and set it up as your blank label sheet. Use your Excel file as your DATA SOURCE. Next tell Word which FIELDS in your spreadsheet do you want on your labels and where you want them. The exact details of this will vary with various versions of Word, and can be quite tedious, and well beyond the scope of Y! Answers. HTH!
Use Word. Use the labels wizard. Use the spreadsheet as a data source.
They are all older printers. The largest and cheapest cartridges for home use are older HP printers the old deskjet 700, 800 and 900 series have absolutely massive cartridges. they are relatively simple and basic printers all of which are supported by windows xp. You can see if HP sell some refurbished however it is unlikely. These printers are relatively save to buy refurbished. Check with local HP dealers to see if they have a source on alder model refurbished HP printers in the aforementioned series. There is also the option of buying an epson printer and fitting it is a continuous or bulk ink system. It will void your warranty and it is hard on the printer itself however if you are doing a massive amount of printing it is well worth the money.
Cheap printers always have the problem of very costly refills. Get a good quality printer and use bulk feed and the ink cost will be very little. Most printers home users have do cost a lot for refills. I would suggest anyone looking for a printer go spend what it takes to get a good quality printer and the ink savings will more than pay for the difference in price. I use 14 colours and can do a heck of a lot of printng for very little money.
I don t think there is any such cartridge.
Black HP ink is pigment based and will not fully dissolve in water. Alcohol will evaporate quickly. Use a weak solution of ammonia, let the head soak in that for a few mins, then dab the head on tissue...repeat till you get a full pattern of dots.
If you take it to a printer shop where they refill cartridges this is what they will do. They will soak the print head only where the ink jets are in warm water for a few minutes. This will sometimes break up the clog. You can also use a bit of Alcohol on a lint free cloth to clean. Once you see ink start to flow, fold up a napkin till it s prety thick and press the jets down on it softly but firmly till the ink flows freely. Be sure to dry any excess water off and put it back in the printer. Good luck.
Just leave the color in the printer. Go to your preferences, and select quot;Print in back onlyquot;. That s it. Many printers need both cartrdiges in and even though it is empty, at least you can still print with the black only.
If your not using color then it wont matter if there is no color cartridge installed. Just make sure that when you print something it is set to use black ink.
Follow the instructions enclsed with printer Most likely Insert CD, run installer, THEN connect USB lead when prompted
With the compaq, you need to disconnect the USB cable and power on the Lexmark Now re-install the software and let the program tell you when to re-connect the printer. Re-connect when it asks and let the software finish installation. REboot and windows will find the hardware and it will work.
If you are worried about the smudge, you should take it to a place like Staples or OfficeMax. They can help you out with things like that for a small fee. If you still want to do it yourself, you want to look for a paper for a resume or business writings. They usually are thicker, and will soak up the ink better without leaving it on the surface, and also without wrinkling the paper (which is another thing you have to consider when printing with an inkjet).
Buy a better printer. Or send it on a email file to a office supply store that has a printing department.
Try having them print slower by printing on quot;bestquot; quality. Some printers also have an ink dry setting you can change.
Use any photo editing software... Adobe photoshop can be used for that... Also you can use FLIP HORIZONTAL option in nero image edit which comes with nero burning software.
If you have access to another computer that has Word on it you can open in on that computer, go to file -gt; save as -gt; type in the name of the document -gt; choose a different file type (RTF is a good choice, both WordPad and Works wil read RTF) -gt; choose where you re going to save this new converted file (back onto your flash disk or floppy disk probably) and click save. Then you should be able to print that out from the other machine. You can also install OpenOffice from Sun. Link below (will take awhile, but can read AND write Word compatible docs).
You can t - at least not directly. You need to find out what word processing software is on the computer that is connected to the printer. Word might be able to save it in this format. If not, you can always save your essay as either plain text or rich text and then import it into the printer-connected program. PDF files can be used for this purpose too, but you need to have software to create the PDF. The Acrobat Reader won t do it.
You could download Open Office to the computer. Open Office is a free software package that has a word processing program like Word and spreadsheet program like Excel. Once you have that, you should be able to open the document there. If you right click on the file and choose open with. You may loose some of the formating. Other than that your best bet is to in the future save the word file as Rich Text and open it with notepad or wordpad on your computer.
the easiest and fastest way is for you to connect to the computer with the printer hooked up to it. convert to a text file, save to a media i.e. diskette, CD, flash drive, etc., open the file with the other computer with the printer and print away. another way, is to copy and paste the contents of the word document and paste it to a newly composed email and save as draft. then open the email using computer with printer.
I have to do this because I have a laptop w/ Microsoft 2007 and my parents have an outdaded computer with Word...so let me help! On Microsoft Word, save it as a differnt format by going to (1) File... (2) Save As... (3) Under format, choose PLAIN TEXT or RICH TEXT FORMAT, instead of Word document or w/e, (4) Save. And what I do, is email it to another email account and open it on the other computer. *Plain text can be opened by any program.
Either connect the laptop to the printer, OR, email the document to the computer connected to the printer as an attachment (or any other way you have to transfer files between PCs, floppy, flash drive etc.) and install Microsoft Word Viewer (free from Microsoft) and select print. It s a good idea to have Microsoft Word Viewer on the quot;printerquot; pc to avoid this in the future.
highlight all of the text rigt click somewhere on the highlighted text click copy open your e-mail click create new mail right click on the blank email click paste send it to your e-mail go to the computer open the email highlight all of the text rigt click somewhere on the highlighted text click copy open a notepad or wordpad or whatever right click on the blank document click paste click file click print hope i helped =]=]
Sun.com has a this free word program that open Microsoft Office programs and is totally free. Only for Windows right now. But you can actually go to microsoft.com and download the trial to open your file. You just have to have a Windows Live, hotmail account. Link provided below. http://download.openoffice.org/
You can convert to a PDF and then print it on the other computer as long as it has Acrobat Reader (which is free if the computer doesn t have it installed). Or you can install the print driver on your laptop and print from it also.
when you save it in the future, save it in Rich Text Format (.rtf). right before you click ok to save the document, move to the right and you ll see the save as file type thing. or you can copy and paste it to an email and send the email to yourself
Right click on the title, point to open with, click wordpad. You may have to click on other programs if wordpad is not on the drop down menu but it is in your computer.
u can print the word doc as pdf file (use cute pdf or something like that ) and use pdf file to print from the pc that don t have word. or u can get word viewer which allows u just to view doc files (and few others).
Go to all program/accessories. Try to use notepad or wordpad to open the files.
hook up that computer to the printer
If you installed the drivers for the printer correctly then you should have drives under My Computer for the slots in the card reader (there are probably several). Insert the card into the printer then check the drive letters for which one contains the card. Once you identify which drive letter the card is represented by, open that drive letter and drag amp; drop your pictures.
Print out and tape to monitor.
If you bought original printer, then you must have got a manual with it. Check it out. It should be given there. Else contact HP Help support or mail them, or contact and HP Help Forum
There are many commercial size printer/plotters for vinyl, but don t know of any small, personal use type designed for vinyl. You can try some inkjets (but ink from inkjets probably won t stick well) or maybe even a laser printer set for label stock to lower the fuser temperature (but if vinyl stock is not approved for laser printers, you could damage the printer). Maybe a solid ink printer might work. Chances are slim that you ll find anything to work reliably and safely. Try them and see I guess. Best of luck.
Stick with HP support. They will either help you or replace the product.
I don t about how Inktec does it, but I just use a lukewarm water and dip the cartridge s head into it. In some places the water is in a small tub with ultrasonic switch that when turned on, causes the hardened ink to dissolve more easily.
Verify or try: 1) your printer interface cable is properly connected at both ends, maybe disconnect and re-seat both ends a couple of times in case of a poor connection. 2) power the printer off for a few minutes then back on. 3) remove and reinstall your printer in Windows 4) verify your printer s network IP address is correct and your router can see it, maybe change the IP address or how it is assigned (DHCP, etc.) 5) verify the printer has no errors (out of paper, paper jam, cover open, etc.) and is On-Line itself Good luck.
I don t believe you can take your printer on or off line through your router. You need to do it manually.
Unplug the printer from the wall. Close all programs and reboot. Reconnect the printer and all should be well. Sometimes if you right clk on the printer icon by the clock and check: Delete all processes will fix it. When you right clk, look at the top of the printer status window to see if it has quot;Printer onlinequot;. If so, clk that. Good luck
