How can I properly uninstall a printer off of my computer completely? -

I m trying to install a new printer on my computer configured with Windows XP, but before I do that, I want to completely uninstall the last printer I had. What are the steps to doing that? Thanks!

go to controll panel click uninstall or change a program/programs and features(its different on all computers) then find the printer one and uninstall it
