How to change your printer status from quot;offlinequot; to quot;onlinequot;? -

I have a HP all in one, which says its in offline mode but the power is on and I can t figure out how to switch it over. I went to the control menu and under printer/faxes there s an option to quot;set printer for offline usequot; but none for online use. Help!

Unplug the printer from the wall. Close all programs and reboot. Reconnect the printer and all should be well. Sometimes if you right clk on the printer icon by the clock and check: Delete all processes will fix it. When you right clk, look at the top of the printer status window to see if it has quot;Printer onlinequot;. If so, clk that. Good luck
