I have a HP J6480 all in one printer and wireless does not work for scan and fax? -

My wireless will work to print but not to scan or fax from my notebook. HP was on with me for over 2 hours in two phone calls, and I downloaded a 1.5 hour program. No help. I am ready to return and stick with my laser by USB cable. Any suggestions?

Stick with HP support. They will either help you or replace the product.
