You sure can print on HP printers. We ve had three so far in our house and envelope printing works just fine. Go through the Tools-gt;Letters and Mailings-gt;Envelopes and Labels menu item. Be careful to match up the envelope orientation on the printer s feed tray (a picture of a little envelope usually near the near right corner) with that on the dialog box or you ll have a 50-50 chance of misprinting at least your first envelope. Also notice that the envelope goes in side first, not top or bottom first. Use the adjustable slide on the left to hold the envelope to the right. Good luck.

You can go to the manufacturer s website and download the driver. Like if it s HP, then go to their website and then they should have an option for like drivers and/or downloads. Go there and then choose the type of printer you have (laserjet 1000) and download it and save the file like to your desktop...once it finishes downloading then open the file from you desktop and install it. It s easy. There should be instructions on the manufacturer s website also.

Put your lined paper into the paper cartridge of the printer. Type up your paper and keep printing it while changing the spacing of the document until it is right (formatgt;paragraphgt;spacing)

It is possible but you will have to experiment with spacing on your typewriter if that is what you are using. The spacing control on typewriters varies by the make. Your essay isn t going to look quite quot;rightquot; in any case. Why not just get a packet of unlined paper from the drug store and save yourself a lot of trouble?

I m assuming that you are attempting to print the paper from a computer, not typing it on a typewriter, correct? Depending on the software you are using for editing the paper, you can change the line spacing using Format, Paragraph.

Why will my Epson printer not print bright colors like yellow? -

I have an Epson CX3810 and I bought brand new ink cartridges from Epson and installed them according to the directions. But it isnt printing all the colors like in yellow or red, bright colors like that. But it will print in blue and black. Whats the problem? Are the yellow and cyan ink cartridges defective? Or is it the printer itslef?

Sounds like a clogged head. If several cleanings dont solve the problem, remove the cartridges and drop rubbing alcohol into the nozzle where the ink enters the printer. Wait half an hour for the alcohol to dissolve and try again. I have a CX3810 and get ink at http://ccs-digital.com/ink.asp

did you remove the tape tab on the cartridge? If you did then maybe the head is blocked Try the head cleaner test

How to get rid of Printer Spooler problem? -

Actually I installed Windows Vista 32bit on my PC, wherein previously I was working on Windows XP and my Canon printer/scanner/copier s software was working perfectly. But after Vista installation, I cant reinstall the same software and there s message of Printer Spooler Problem and says restart may correct it. I tried all but in vain. Can anyone plz help me with this?

Just go in your START menu and click on the RUN command Enter the following msconfig and press ENTER Go in the Boot services or startup, scroll down and you will need to pub a checkmark next to Printer Spoller Service. Exit the menu, reboot and it will work now and be activated. If you need to re-install the software, disconnect your USB cable from the printer first. Powr on the printer and begin a fresh install. Re-connect the usb cable only when the software asks you. Then, reconnect and let it complete its installation. Reboot and everything will work. You MIGHT need an updated driver for your vista. You didn t specify the printer model wo I can ;t offer a suggestion.

Go to best buy or staples they have special papers for that it is already cut you just print then peel the card off just like you peel a postage stamp.

My friend has started making cards and she uses a Gocco printer which is amazing! As far as paper goes you will probably be best going into somewhere like Hobbycraft where they have whole aisles dedicated to card making. Not only will they have a great choice but they will also have someone to advise you. Good Luck!

most times when you go to print anything you get a confirmation screen come up, if you click on the properties tab the you should get the option to print colour images in monochrome(black and white) click on this setting and then click on apply/OK and then you should get a black and white print. remember to reset this prior to trying to print in colour again.

There are programs out there like Adobe Illustrator that allows for something called quot;tiled printing,quot; and thus the user can spread their image out to multiple sheets of paper. But, if you re using a program like the generic Microsoft print guide, I don t think there s such an option?

There are special programs to print banners, but if you are working in MS Word you can print up to 22quot; on a single sheet of paper (or 2 sheets of regular paper). Go to Filegt;Page Setupgt;Paper Size and increase the height to the maximum using the Custom setting. Your version of Word may allow more or less.
