Why does my printer print an extra blank page after each print page? -
Hi What you need to do is choose print preview. Than choose print but, click on the option that says, print 1 page only and not the option where it says all.
I wonder if somewhere in your settings you have it set to print a cover sheet/separator pg amp; because most printers let you set the order of the print job - your settings are last first (5,4,3,2,1,coversheet) rather than first last (the coversheet would print first then pg 1 amp; so on). For my printer I would find this setting by going to start gt; printers gt; right click on the printer amp; select properties.
This might be a quot;seperator pagequot;. Some printers have this function so that you can tell where one job ends and another begins. This can be useful (although wasteful) in a multi user environment like an office where people need to grab their jobs off the output tray and not spend too much time checking where their job ends and a colleague s begins.
Under the printer quot;propertiesquot; in control panel - printers, look for a setting called a quot;separator pagequot;, it sounds like it is enabled. Note: If this helps you - don t forget to rate this as Best Answer :)
