Is the power pack for the HP 5510 and HP 5610 compatible with each other? -

I have a HP 5510 printer but a HP 5610 power pack. I dont want to risk burning out the power port with incorrect voltage. Has anyone tried swapping plugs before on these printers?

I suppose what you mean is the power module. Each module will have a part no. Like a combination of letters and nos. I selected US as the country. Selected all-in-one printers then officejet. This is what I found: Part No: 0950-4466 - (OJ 5510) Power module - Input voltage 100-240VAC, 50/60HZ, 1.0A - Output voltage 16-32VDC dual-voltage output, 40 watts - Requires a separate 3-wire AC power cord with C13 connector Part No: Q7310-60003 (OJ5510) Power module - Input voltage 100-240VAC, 50/60HZ, 1.0A - 16/32VDC dual-voltage output, 40 watts - Requires a separate 3-wire AC power cord with C13 connector OJ 5610: Part no: Q7310-60003 Power module - Input voltage 100-240VAC, 50/60HZ, 1.0A - 16/32VDC dual-voltage output, 40 watts - Requires a separate 3-wire AC power cord with C13 connector Therefore I conclude: Q7310-60003 part no. is compatible with both printers! whew!
