What would cause my cash register to stop printing? -

I was working fine yesterday. I went to close and was doing an end of day printing when it stopped printing. I figured it was out of ink so I went and got a new print thing. That didn t fix it. I called a 1800 # but the lady was of no help to me. So if anyone could help I would appreciate it very much.

maybe it was out of paper of just a piece of wondergarbage that needed to meet mr steamroller on the nearest interstate by being thrown in front of it maybe??????

Not sure what this has to do with Computers but ok... Did you check for a paper jam? Did you turn the register off and on again?
