How do I get rid of the horizontal lines on my paper when it prints? -

I ve tried to clean it 4 times, I ve tried to align it, and when I printed it out there were all green check marks saying it s okay. I don t know what to do! I ve done every possible test for the printer and nothing works! Help! Btw, I have a hp psc 2410 photosmart all-in-one printer. Thanks to everyone who responds!

My printer used to do that too. It just required a good cleaning inside. Try to wipe with a very lightly damp cloth to get rid of the existing ink on the inside of the printer. That did the job for me.

how are the cartriges ? old, new that is what i would check next
