Why is my Epson leaving spike marks on the paper? -
I have an Epson DX4400 photo printer. Ive set it to recognise that its printing photos on glossy paper. Whenever I tell it to print, the little cogs that move the paper along leave little spike marks on the paper that appear as a line of white dots. Surely not every printer does this? Can anyone tell me how to stop it doing this?
there should be a lever used to alter the thickness of the paper. the paper u r using is thicker so it rubs on the rollers
get a new ink cartridge
