How to register complaint for replacement of print head for HP DSJ 800 Plotter? -

I am trying for last five days but without any success. I have tried Tool free number which is not audible amp; HP Website which is also not helpful.

I just tried their website kept getting Did you mean:DSC 800 Plotter and nothing on the DSJ 800 Plotter.
