How to connect 2 computers to one printer one? -

I have an epsom dx4050 printer and i need to use it with 2 computers my computers are wireless connected to bt home hub but my printer is Not wireless.

Hi there is two ways. first you have to do this---gt; setup printer on one of your computers after that you have to go to CONTROL PANEL-PRINTER AND FAX-right click on the printer icon-click on sharing-click on share this printer. second you have to do it on both computer. open control panel-network connections-setup a home or small office-click next-next-next-next-next-turn on file and printer sharing-next wait until it finish. third, do this----------gt; on the other PC go to control panel - printer and fax (you have to see the printer here) else you didn t do everything ok. Finale you can use your printer with both computers. :D:D:))

I see this question over and over. It s always a different printer, but the same question. Nothing against you, but... If you do a quot;Search for questionquot; with quot;connect 2 computers to one printerquot;, you will see about 20 other questions with answers. Browse and find the best solution for your specific issue. Generally, the idea is to either connect the printer to an quot;A/Bquot; switch or USB hub, or Share the printer off of one computer and connect to it with the other over the network.

you can do one of two things, either connect one computer to the printer using a Parallel port and the other using a USB. The only other way is to connect it to one computer, activate printer sharing on that computer under Networking properties, then go to Control Panel gt; Printers gt; Add Printer gt; look up using Network access and you ll be set.

Solutions: 1. Attach your Printer to a wireless router (D-link) and Search for your Printer via your wireless connection from your Laptops. Example if, vista operating system, too ok. Try now!.

set the computer with the printer up to share the printer .

when you find out going to tell me because im trying to do the same thing lol
