How do I stop the printer when it keeps repeating the same thing? -

The printer is slow and then if I try again it just keeps the message, so when it does start there are several printing repeating and I can t clear it.

If shutting it off for a few minutes doesn t help and it worked ok before, you might try uninstalling the printer program, defragging the disk, and then reload your printer program. I have an hp printer and have had a similar problem. I had to turn it off (and the computer, I believe) and disconnect it from my computer then reconnect the printer and restart the computer. Hope this helps
