How can I print a highlighted section of a webpage on a Mac? -

Safari, HP Printer, MacBook. I know on PCs, you click the box but I can t find something similar on my macbook. Thanks.

To print a highlighted section of a web page do the following: 1. Highlight what you want to print. 2. Right click or control-click and select Copy. 3. Copy this to a blank TextEdit page. (Text Edit is a small program which comes with the Mac and should be in your dock). 4. Print the page. There are several excellent programs which greatly facilitate what you want to do and also make it easy to be very specific about what you want to print. SnapX is one such program. Go to Versiontracker.com and do a search on quot;Web snapshotsquot; - a lot of program choices will come up. Also macupdate.com is another good site to search Mac programs. Macworld.com has a link on their home page for quot;Mac OS X 911 helpquot; which is a fully searchable archive for a large number of Mac OS function issues. Also, you can use the quot;Grabquot; application on your Mac. It can be found in the applications folder or simply go to the task bar at the top of your screen and click on the name of the browser you are using, scroll to quot;Servicesquot; and then select quot;Grab.quot; DrEarp

The quickest easiest way I found is the same as mentioned above, copy and paste in notebook,

IM not sure on macs.. but i do this 1. highlight what you want to print 2. go to filegt;print 3. select quot;selectionquot; 4. Print If there is nno such thing like that I would recomend putting it in Word or notepad with copy+paste and print like that

Mac guy here! there is no way to do it in Safari or Firefox.... but Selecting amp; copying the text and pasting into a TextEdit doc, retains the formatting and makes printing snippets very easy.
