How do i get my printer to stop printing just black and white pics? i need it to be on both black and clored printing setting. its a printer and scanner ...Canon (MP160) plz help!! both black and white ink cartridges are new and full and are placed properly

press CTRL and P at the same time this is the print menu click on preferences or properties go to the color tab and check the box that says print in color if its on grayscale this is your problem

Where did you find a white ink cartridge. You have said nothing about any color ink cartridges or if your printer is capable of printing color.

you should be able to go into advanced settings in the printer software and set it to type of photos-b amp; w or color
