How can I make waterproof stickers to stick to bicycles? -

I want to make waterproof stickers to stick to my bicycle. How can I make them using a computer, a printer and the right paper? Please answer!

1. Would need a quot;waterproof inkquot;, most home printers do not come with this option. Laser holds up better than inkjet though. 2. Would have to find a sticker paper (not too hard) but it would have to have some way to laminate 1 side -- again, not easy on a quot;homequot; setup.
