When I try to print a document a window appears saying communication unavailable tried most things, help? -

I have tried system restore it won t work and i have tested all the usb ports, are there any free programs i can download like registry clean or anything i can try to get my printer to work

unplug the quot;printerquot; from the mains (not the usb port) wait for a couple of mins then put the plug back in it should be ok

Your computer does not see your printer. You might check the cables including the power cable. If the printer will self test and the cables are good, you may have a bad USB port. Switch ports after self testing the PRN.
