When your printer is out of black ink, how do you print using only color? -

I know there is a way to print when the black is out using only color. I have an Epson C88 if that helps. The printer wont let me print anymore but I remember finding a setting to continue printing by mixing the colors

I save every web page...move it over to word. Change the colour there and then print. Been out of ink for about a year, but too expensive to buy more.

i think you have to use the setting called back up mode if its available.. hope this helps
