How do you change your printer to print from just powerpoint and not powerpoint viewer? -

sorry if this doesn t make sense but i really need help. OK so when I try to print slides from my class online it use to take it straight to powerpoint where I can choose how many slides I want on the page but now it takes me to a powerpoint viewer and just has the slideshow. I can t print 6 slides on one page...it has to be one slide to a page and doesn t even give me the option to change it

Are you using powerpoint from your computer, or is it in your schools system computer? Can you save the presentation to your computer and then print them off manually? Did you hit any of the buttons in the lower left corner to change it to the viewer?

How do I print photos from my lexmark printer? -

I have a lexmark Z715 color ink jet printer and I was trying to print photos out on glossy photo paper but I can t seem to get it to work. The printer works fine and even has a photo print icon on my deskop to print out photos. I am not sure how to get it to work.

removed your software in control panel through add/removed program restart your com. and reinstall your lexmarkz715 driver.

I ve got a Samsung CLP-600N. I bought it at Staples for about $400, received a $200 rebate. It s fast, much cheaper to use than my ink jet printers, and the print is wonderful. A full set of toner runs about $500, but the cartridges are good for about 4000 pages at 5% coverage. It won t handle large sheets of paper, but I can still use my inkjet for that.

I use a Brother laser printer and it is awesome.....laser printers r quite cheap these days....

How can I receive a fax on my printer? It is a Canon Mp350 and there is nothing in the user guide on how to recieve a fax. Does anyone know how I can?

In order to receive a FAX, someone has to send you one from another FAX machine. As someone else suggested, your FAX has to be connected to your phone line (wired). If you have everything connected properly and the MP530 is working correctly, you can dial the phone number to which it is connected and the FAX will answer you. When it answers you will hear a tone. Of course since you are not a FAX machine, that s all you can do but it at least proves that your FAX machine is ready to receive a FAX.

Is it connected to the phone line? Check the user guide and connect the phone line to the quot;Inquot; of the printer and then you should be able to receive the fax. See whether you are hearing the dial tone.

Well, laser colored printers usually have the long ink refill as compared to deskjet, which have a square cube-like refill. If you do have an inkjet, make sure you select mirror print so that the print comes out inverted. Otherwise, the print on the T-shirt will be reversed LOL. PUt a sheet of paper over the transfer to ensure proper transfer of ink on the fabric. Takes a few seconds longer, but the ink will seep in the fabric and will withstand numerous washing.

If you don t know the difference between an ink cartridge and toner, then here are some very big differences. How soon can it print when you first turn it on? If you can print right away, it s inkjet. If it takes a few minutes to warm up, it s laser. How fast does it print? If you the paper come out slowly as it prints out each line, it s inkjet. If it whole printed page comes out all at once, it s laser. What is the print quality like when it first comes out? If you have to be careful of letting it dry first or it smears, it s inkjet. It it comes out sharp and warm, it s laser. How noisy is the printer, not while it s printing, but the printer itself? If it s quiet and you only hear it when it prints, it s inkjet. If it s noisy like a low hum all the time even when it s not printing, it s laser.

if you have a home network, hook it to one computer and share the printer, then go to the other computer add a netowrked printer, and search for it under your other computer s name. but in order to print you must leave the other computer on. i do not think that they make a USB box that will allow you to do that.

well dude I hope the shop u give that catridge knows what he is doing..cause most of the times (as in my case) the ink leaked and messed up my printer! I would go with the original anyday.

Why doesnt my printer work after changing ink cartridges? -

It appears that there s an incompatibility issue between your in cartridge and printer. Make sure that the ink cartridge is the same with the one you d change from.

Well the same thing happened to me once and it turns out there is this thin plastic thing that covers up where the ink comes out, so look at the cartridge and see if you took that off. . .

Hmm, for my printer it takes a while for the computer to recognize that it s new...did you shake them before putting them in? If so, just wait a while.

How do I reset the chips on my Epson DX4400 cartridges? -

I have bought non-Epson cartridges which contain much more ink than their Epson equivalents, but they are still half-full when the computer decides they are empty. How can I prolong their use? My printer is an Epson DX4400 and I use Windows Vista Basic.

You can buy a chip re setter (they cost about $30), however as a default Epsom will leave about 30% ink in the cartridge in order for them for function and distribute ink correctly. Resetting the chip may result in poor quaility prints and irrepairable damage to your printer. The cartridges your printer takes are tiny. Even with much more ink they do not print many pages. From epson they are only 7ml, with only about 4-5 ml being usable ink. This is only about 100 pages if you are not printing photos.
