How long can be a printer parallel cable? -

I need to connect a printer with a parallel cable that is between 15 -20 far from the PC, it will be any loss of data?

if its an IEEE standard cable its 30 feet. the older IBMs are 15 i think

The maximum length is about 30 feet. Your setup should work OK.
