Why did my HP Photosmart C4190 All In One stop printing color? -

Is it broken? Do I need a new one? I have already tried realigning the printer, cleaning the printer cartage, and changing the printer cartage. Thanks!

Does it print color on the Printer Test page? Is it all colors? When you cleaned the cartridge did all the colors come out? Are you printing from a memory card or from the computer? Have you made sure the printer isn t set to print Bamp;W Only?
