How do I install a printer when I get an error message saying something about the printer spooler? -

I can t find any information about what the spooler is. I ve tried installing 3 printers on my mother-inlaws computer. I went to every site for the printers, windows, and microsoft. I can t find what the printer spooler is or how to install it, if nessasary. She has windows 98 on her computer. Thank you

Use the install disc that came with the printer. this should take care of the problem.
