How to send files to printer from laptop? -

How do i print files from my laptop on the printer which is upstairs connected to the desktop computer with wireless broadband

On the computer it is connected to...you need to Share the printer. Then add the printer on your laptop using the upstairs computer s name. Google quot;How To Share A Printerquot;.

does your printer recognize your laptop? like, does it have wireless for JUST the printer? if not, then your going to have to get a USB cable and connect it to the printer...if your laptop recognizes the printer, you change the print settings for that printer and hit print! if that doesnt work, whether you don t have a USB cable, or your laptop doesn t have your printer s recognition, then just go to your email, send an attached file, and use the upstairs computer

its very simple.. u need a wireless LAN connection tho..just make your desktop a print server.. this is how u do it.. Your desktop is PC1, laptop PC2 go to printers and faxes on PC1.. right click the printer u wanna pint wid --gt; go to properties--gt; sharing tab --gt; check on share this printer.. now go to printers and faxes on PC2.. click on add a printer locate the printer u wanna add and its done...

At least you need have blue tooth to the lap top and the printer to send or print the files,or else you need to connect it with the cable...no other Go...
