What do i do when my printer says i have a cartridge cradle jam? -

my printer won t print, saying it has a cartridge cradle jam. i checked, and there s nothing jamming the cradle, and i even tried changing the ink cartridges. what should i do?

It s possible that the plastic gears that drive the cradle are damaged. If there s definitely no physical jam from paper it can be a broken part.
