How do you print water and smudge resistant CDs? -

What color printer and what kind of blank CD-R s should I buy, in order to produce professional quality, smudge and finger-smear resistant audio CD s for retail? Someone mentioned Taiyo Yuden WaterShield blank CD-R s. Please help me to make the best selection, as we have a limited budget and need to produce various projects. It s too few to justify spending money for silkscreen printed discs. Thanks!!
