What type of printer has the loosest/unrestricted system for injecting empty ink cartridges with new ink. I want to be able to buy a special custom glimmery gold ink from a 3rd party company and inject it into my empty ink cartridges. What company/printer model is best for doing this?

canon non-printhead cartridges, hands down. the 3s and 6s to be precise. that sounds pretty cool whatever it is you re doing.
