How can i get my intermec label printer machine to work properly? -

I keep getting a 3 label gap between each printed label. I ve not changed any settings, i simply hooked it up to a new computer. So i put it back on the old computer but its still doing the same thing. HELP! It s driving me crazy, there must be a setting to stop it doing this? Thanks
