Can I make my printer wireless to my laptop when i dont have wireless internet? -

I am still on dial up and no real way to get high speed where I live (Yes Boonies). but of course my laptop is wireless capable. Would like to print without taking my dial up connection off and going to the printer and hooking it up to the usb cable.

Your printer has to be wireless.
