Is there a free way to monitor which users print how much to my network printer? -

I supply the internet to some college students living in my apartment complex and would like to charge them a certain amount for every page they print on my network printer. I need a way to know how many pages are printed on my Brother HL-2170W and who printed them, preferably for free.
