What is the importance of cyan ink in a printer? -

I have a problem with my Brother MFC-5440CN USB printer. Every ink is full except cyan. My printer has gone wacked, so pleases help. Is cyan that important?

the cyan, magenta, and yellow (and black and white) inks all mix together to create every other color. If you are missing one, certain colors wont come out...so yes, it is important
