How can i print consecutive pages of Microsoft Word in 1 page? -

How can i print consecutive pages of Microsoft Word in 1 page? For example: I have typed 2 pages in Microsoft Word, now I want to print those 2 pages into 1 whole page. Thanks!!!

It won t be pretty, but try this: 1. Press CTRL/A to select the entire document. (This assumes the entire document has the same font and size. If you have multiple fonts and/or sizes, you re going to have to do this piecemeal on the various fonts and sizes.) 2. Right-click in the selection and select Font from the pop-up menu. 3. Note the value in the Size combination box. Divide it by 2 and throw away any .5 you get. Type that number in the Size box. 4. Click OK. This should make all the text half as big, hopefully fitting everything on one page. It may not be readable. Hope that helps.

It s 2 pages, so you would have to condense it to one, or print on very long paper.
