My new Lexmark Printer X6575 series 6500 does not print any document from the computer. What can i Do? -

It says that there is no connection. I ve checked everything and it s connected well. I do no know what s wrong.

Did you install the software first? Usually you do it like this. Step 1. DO NOT install printer or connect it yet... Step 2. Install software first.. Step 3. Once its all installed then plug in the printer. I would uninstall and do it like this if you haven t yet.
