How do you save printer settings in a word document so that document will always use the same settings? -

i have a word document that needs to print to a different printer than my default one and with different tray and paper settings. how can i save these settings into the document so that it will use these settings, but only for that document.

I don t think you can attach a printer preference to a document in any version of MS Word. Sorry.

You have to set the printer settings everytime unless that is the only job you are printing from it. Once you set the properties of the printer it stays the same until you change them again. You can t set printer properties for one document.
