Is there any screw driver thats smaller then the one found in an eyeglass repair kit? -

I need a screw driver to open up my LG8500 Chocolate cell phone. But the one i found in an eye glass repair kit seems to be too big. This screw driver is really small, but is there one smaller thats just a little bit more hard to find?
