I have a Canon IP3000 Printer and only the black ink is having problems? -

Whenever I print documents (or whatever) with black ink, it skips every other line or sometimes prints out only half of letters (cut off top). I thought there was something wrong with the ink so I switched to the new one but it does the same thing. When it comes to the other colors, it prints out perfectly fine. What is wrong with this and what can I do to fix?

Try conducting head cleaning operation. If that doesn t work, it may be that there is something wrong with the print head.
