Why does my printer say there is an error? -

My printer (HP Officejet Pro L7500) is saying that there is an error even though there is paper. It is working online, so I don t understand what the problem is. What do I do?

it could be out of ink and you said it was online but hook your computer up yo it and print anyways. go to the control panel on your comp and see if the printer is added. I hope this helps!
