How do I do a restore to factory settings on an HP C3180? -

First, I would never, never, buy an HP product again. I have a Photosmart C3180 that has never worked right and found out the hard way that their tech support is the worse of the worse. I have worked forever trying to get scanned articles or pictures stopped from creating a hugh file. Really ran into the worse tech support ever. So now all I want is to restore the machine to factory settings. Thanks for the replies.
