How do you change two A5 Sheets into one A4 Sheet? -

I ve made A5 cards on microsoft word. My printer doesn t print a5 sheets and it would be a waste of paper to print them out on a4. Does anyone know how to get two a5 documents and print them on one a4 sheet.

when you want to print go into print option then click properties then find where you can click print two pages on one sheet (of course you would need to copy your A5 design so you have two pages of A5 design)

Put the A5 in side on I think it will fit and print as a landscape it might just work

One sheet of A4 = 2 x A5 .. i think. Can t you alter the page layout, the goto print preview to see what 2 cards would look like printed onto 1 piece of A4.

use your logic

With your A5 document open in Word Click File and Print. In the print dialog box, under Page Range click Pages and enter 1,1 in the box. Change pages per sheet to 2. Click OK Good Luck Paul

Copy your first A5 document to the clipboard. Open a new document in Word and adjust the margins to the least possible using quot;Filequot; and quot;Page Set-upquot;. Paste the contents of the clipboard to your new document. Highlight the pasted-in document then press the quot;Right Arrowquot; key once and press quot;Enterquot; to drop the cursor down below the newly-pasted document. Go to your second A5 document and copy and paste it beneath the first one. Save your work and print it as normal. It is ever so easy.

In word,. open a new A4 document,. then copy and paste the two A5 cards that you ve designed into that new document, and hey presto! you can print two designs on the one page,.. :o)
