What paper to use for printing brochure? -

I am looking to print a nice brochure of my company s product. It will be printed on legal paper and folded over and duplex printing. Any recommendations on the type of paper to use as far as weight, gloss and such goes. Thanks.

Paper amp; Printing for over 20yrs. It depends on what kind of statement you are trying to make with your brochure. Sometimes its not just the words in a piece that makes the difference. For instance, if you are a lanscaping company you might want to look at something that has flecks in it and maybe recycled. If you are in photography you may want to use a high quality matte/dull or silk finish to show off some of your pictures. The weight should be 70# or 80# text. Go to a local paper store (not Kinko s or Office Depot... look in phone book under Printing Papers), they have swatchbooks of most of the papers they sell. Look at the printed samples that are in those books. That will givbe you a good idea of what yours will look like on that particular paper. Good Luck,

Sure, There re different types of glossy thick paper available in market specially designed to print brochures. Here s a link for example. http://www.paperdirect.com/Swish+3+Panel… Hope this helps.
