How to unjam a Brother 5in1 Fax,copy etc machine? -

My incoming fax says paper is jammed and I don t se any jammed paper. What do I have to do

Hi All If it says paper jam, first, remove the tray and check underneath to make sure their is no jam. Secondly, open the cover , remove the cartridge to se if the paper is not caught in the feeder. Lastly, their is usually an opening in the back. Check to make sure the paper is not jammed there. Note, that even a small piece of papet, 2 inch x 1 inch can indicate a paper jam. Usually, that is found when you remove the cartridge and quite visible in the corners usually.
