Why does it take so long to delete jobs from the print queue? -

XP pro on a Dell laptop but this happens on all machines most of the time. You go delete the job from the printer queue and it tags it as if it were deleting but it does nothing and just stays there. Any idea how to make it delete things like it should? Any idea why ths happens?

You can do it quicker by going into services, and restarting the print queue. Find it in Start - Settings - COntrol Panel - Administrative Tools - Services Once you stop and restart the print queue, you can immediately delete any print jobs.

u can delete u jobs and then turn ur printer off then on it will deleting imm.
