Can someone help me with my printer issues? -

My printer is being retarded. Its a Kodak All In One printer and we recently bought new ink for it and shortly after we printed stuff everything started turning weird. Pictures of people come out inverted or in negatives and word documents wont even print out anything at all it just comes out as clean paper. Does anyone know how/why this is happening and how to fix it?
