For instance, even if Lexmark had a $20 Bamp;W Printer, I would not buy, since their proprietary ink model would mean I d spend $20-50 per ink cartridge reload. Get a laser printer. YOu can pick up an ML-2010 for about $60. The cartridges cost about $60 however will print 3500 pages. The cartridge it comes with is rated for about 500 pages. It is a laser printer so you do not have to worry about ink drying or streaking illegible print. Buying a laser for monochrome printing will save you a bundle of money.
