What button did i mistakenly punch to make my printing suddenly go into writing?? -

I was just printing a letter when i must ve hit a wrong key as suddenly my straight print form went into a kind of italic printing.

I can t imagine that the printing can switch from straight to italic once a doucment has been sent to the printer and is being printed. Maybe the paper was fed crooked on the printer?
