How do I print out white ink onto black cardstock? -

I ve done a little research, and after already starting my project, found out home printers wont do it. So, apparently I need to take this to a quot;professional printing storequot;.... What kind of store would do this? like.. Wal-mart?

It would HAVE to be a professional, screen printing type place. Kinkos etc all use CMYK printers, same as at home, but laser based and NO white ink or toner

probably Kinkos? or maybe office max?
