How do I use older printer with newer laptop? -

I have a newer laptop with Win XP and I m wondering if I can connect an older printer that uses a parallel port cable to it. The laptop does not have a parallel port and the printer doesn t have a USB port. Is there any way to connect the two using some sort of adapter, etc? Thanks in advance!!

yes there is. install the driver of the printer to your laptop. buy a printer port-to-usb cable.

Sorry none that I have heard of. But they do have printers that have both parralel and usb ports. Get a hp desk jet 940c it has both a parralel and usb port.
