How do uninstall my brother mfc 3820cn printer? -

I went to the Brother web site and downloaded the uninstall tool but it will not uninstall. I have a pentium 4 processor and windows xp home.

Is it paperport s/w or MFl pro that won t uninstall, and did you run the Delinf32 file for that uninstall ? if so we could help you with a manual uninstall that will require going your pc registry... call 877-Brother , state product support and software issue.

Hello, Go into Device Manager gt; Printers and click the printer and uninstall it. Also uninstall any software it came with and disconnect it from your PC when done. Thanks, Ian
