How do I quot;namequot; a print document when it goes to a network printer? -

I am using vista with an cannon printer. I cannot distinguish between my documents and other people s documents. I would like to be able to name the document when I print so I can tell that it is mine. Any suggestions?

Put a footer on document with your name or with what ever you want before send it to printer. Or you can put page numper on the corner of document instead olf the middle, so the others know Have a nice day
