Looking to buy a laser or inkjet printer that prints on Non-porous substrates such as plastic desktop 12x24? -

I need a low volume low cost inkjet or laser printer 12quot; x 24quot; that can print on Non-porous substrates such as plastics. Needs to be sheet form not on a roll. As for a ink jet the ink must NOT be water based. Any ideas?
