How do i connect my printer on my computer? -

I do not know how to connect my new printer to work on my computer.

Connect the printer cable from your PC to your printer. Install the software that came with the printer. Plug the printer into a power source. Add Paper. It should work.

Directions usually come in the box including quick setupquot; ones. In general if it is a newer computer, like with Windows XP, all you have to do is plug it in and the operating system will do all the connecting software.

you ll need a USB cable to connect it to a USB port on ya puter if your printer didnt come with the cable .But before that , use the installation CD before plugging it then reboot .

Connect the cable in the back of the printer then connect it into the back of the computer turn on the computer the computer will install driver for it if the computer did not install driver then install driver from the disk came with the printer.

There must be a cable that came with the printer....plug one end into the printer and the other in the computer. Power up the printer, and for most models, the computer will find and install the necessary drivers itself and you re ready to go. Otherwise, you ll need to install the drivers from the CD that came with the printer and then you can use it.

I assume your printer came with a manual - you should read it. Otherwise generally speaking - you plug it in, you plug the cable from the printer to your PC (most likely into the USB port), switch it on, and see if Windows quot;picks it upquot; and follow the instructions on the screen - it should either install the drivers itself or promp you to install them. And then you should have at least a CD ROM that came with yor printer where you re most likely to find the above mentioned drivers ;)

Easy !! 1) Use the USB cable to connect the printer to the back of your cpu unit that is for the printer. 2) Take your disk that came with the computer and insert it into the disk opening (NOT THE DVD) in the cpu unit.. The disk that I am talking about is the disk that concerns the installation of your new printer. Insert it and it will or should run automatically after 2-5 seconds.. let it run thru and answer all the questions that it asks for 3) AS a precautionary measure, I always go (after wards) to the start, then control panel.. then printer and hardware to add the new printer..OR.. IF YOU SEE that YOUR MODEL PRINTER is NOW on the panel screen when you bring it up.. then click out and forget this step.. you have just installed your new printer.

the best thing i can suggest is get out the instruction manuels and read them if you get into trouble email the company that makes your computer and printer .

Plug the printer into the proper port on the back of the computer and insert the installation CD that came with your printer. If you don,t have the installation CD most windows computers will recognize your printer with some input from you and help you set it up.

do you have the manual refer it it would get it easy or else you have to get the connector and connect the printer to the usb and install the drivers

Most printers today use a quot;USBquot; type of wire to connect to your computer. The first thing that they may want you to do is load some software into your computer with the Cd that came with it. The data your loading into your computer are known as the quot;Print Driversquot;. Then you will more than likely have to buy a proper quot;USBquot; wire for the printer and then attach the printer to the computer. Then you may have to calibrate the heads on the printer and print a test page or 2. Just make sure that all the packing materials have been removed from shipping and that the print heads are not locked into place or fastened down by something before you plug the printer in.

first you use the USB cable and connect it to your USB pod and then your computer will ask you wether you want to istall the printer or nor and then you follw the instructions then start using..well the printer using thing is actually depends on your computer and printer wether you re using the new or the older version...good luck

most printers don t come with the cable necessary. you ll probably need a standard printer usb cable. Something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Belkin-2-0-Device-…

there is a cable that goes from your printer to your computer. most computers will have a little printer icon next to the slot in the back where the cable should go. hook those up. then there should be a cd that came with the printer. put that in your computer and follow the directions on the cd. this will install software so your computer will recognize the printer. then you are good to go. good luck!

connect power to your printer, then connect the data cable (USB or LPT) between your printer and computer, then insert the drivers CD into your PC, wait for instruction from it.
